Everything is starting to tie in together. Only 27 more days left! WHO'S EXCITED??
Out of the Fear levels, the supermarket is my favorite. You can just feel the tension, and it's so beautifully represented with rigid train tracks, hostile mannequins, and impossible-to-reach merchandise. Even if this isn't meant to express social anxiety, the symbolism would easily represent it well.
I'd love for this level to be even creepier by making slow-moving, insanely tall mannequins creeping around. The style of this game is beautiful, and I think it could be even better with a touch more realism and particles in the air.
On a personal note, I think I'm starting to appreciate my mind's need to jump around a lot. Expectation from others easily stresses me and gets worse the more I force myself to meet them. So, in response, my mind jumps to do something unexpected to relieve the buildup. In other words, I've been working on a bunch of projects, got into an art block, then drew this up for quite a few hours. Now I can get back to those projects!
